As the first company to offer financial solutions for medium and large-scale disputes in the CEE region, LitFin has grown into one of the major litigation funders operating across the EU.

LitFin was founded in 2018 by a passionate team of experienced professionals with a vision to expand litigation finance across the European Union. Since inception, we have built a portfolio comprising several billion euros in funded claims and secured financing in the high tens of millions of euros.

As we continued to grow, so did our reputation for delivering exceptional results. This enabled us to attract major institutional investors and establish one of the first regulated litigation finance funds in Europe — LitFin SICAV a.s. — designed to allow non-professional investors to participate in our success story as well. Today, we are actively positioning ourselves to become the number one funder in follow-on group litigations across Europe. With a strategic focus on competition law cases, we are building the strongest portfolio in this space, helping claimants recover damages at scale.
